We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Portfolio Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This role serves as the primary technical expert for managing Ground Engaging Tools (GET) products across multiple regions. You will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and maintenance of product initiatives that drive key business objectives. As a vital link between Product Engineering, Marketing, and regional sales teams, you will ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.

You will manage and mentor a team of product specialists, oversee equipment selection, costing, quoting, and tender preparation, prepare and manage proposals, and coordinate warranty activities. Additionally, you will interface with customers, external partners, and internal teams to support GET products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of product initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product specialists to ensure professional development and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee equipment selection, costing, quoting, and tender preparation for GET products.
  • Prepare and manage proposals for tenders and participate in sales negotiations.
  • Coordinate all warranty activities within the region and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering - Mechanical or industry trade experience.
  • Experience with GET technical sales, Capital, LHD, and dragline equipment, and the mining or aggregate industry.
  • MBA in Business (strategy and marketing planning) - highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
