Front Office Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team, with prior supervisory experience highly regarded.
  • Hospitality Background: Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of guest service standards and operations.
