We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Merchandise Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and profit growth through effective stock management, merchandising, and customer journey optimization.

About the Role

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing stock levels to achieve sales and profit growth via e-commerce channels. You will inspect stock levels, maintain site merchandising functions, manage samples, and deliver on customer journey review.

  • Produce reports that help inform merchandising recommendations as well as validate products for digital marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar e-commerce/merchandise role.
  • Studies in digital, e-commerce, or finance would be beneficial to support future development.
  • Merchandise and sample management experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience in stock/site management and stock reporting.
  • Problem solver and results-driven.
  • High level of attention to detail.
