Our team is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our Solar and Battery division. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service by responding to solar and battery enquiries via phone and email with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

The Customer Service Specialist will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance via phone and email. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality support to customers;
  • Verifying applicant documentation accurately and promptly;
  • Conducting quality reviews of customer identification, adhering to compliance and privacy guidelines;
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently, matching supporting documentation;
  • Processing documentation related to the purchase or installation of Solar and Battery;

The ideal candidate will possess a customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated experience in customer service within a contact centre environment. Administrative experience with high attention to detail and technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.

Requirements
  • 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm;
  • Initial 3-month contract with potential extension or permanent placement;
  • Able to provide a National Police History Check and two professional references;
