To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in personal injury law, with a passion for Comcare
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated network and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Empathy and ability to listen to clients and their families
  • Judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Superior organizational skills
