Software Engineering Expert

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering software solutions that meet the company's requirements. This includes designing, developing, integrating, and verifying software to ensure it meets the expected quality standards.
The role requires a high level of technical expertise, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and tailor the software engineering environment and process.
You will also be accountable for ensuring that designed solutions are developed according to schedule, cost, and quality expectations. Additionally, you will identify risks and propose effective solutions, executing mitigation actions and reporting on outcomes and residual risks.
This position is hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home based at our Melbourne CBD office.
Key Responsibilities">- Designing and delivering software solutions that meet the company's requirements
- Defining and tailoring the software engineering environment and process
- Ensuring designed solutions are developed according to schedule, cost, and quality expectations
- Identifying risks and proposing effective solutions
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years' experience with JavaFX (mandatory)
- Australian Citizen or have the right to work full time within Australia
