Electrical Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead our team in designing and delivering electrical systems for major mining and infrastructure projects.

This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of professional experience in mining, heavy industry, or large infrastructure projects.

About the Role
  • Lead the design, review, and integration of electrical distribution and control systems.
  • Provide expertise across power, automation, and site services infrastructure.
  • Oversee project delivery from design through to commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their professional growth.
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve successful delivery.
  • Leading project delivery from concept to commissioning.
