Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Contract Reviewer to lead our contract review team across the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking contract reviews, advising on complex terms and conditions, and reviewing the work of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the contract review team across the APAC region, including line management responsibilities.
  • Undertake contract reviews, including complex terms and conditions, and advise on construction and non-construction related terms and conditions.
  • Support due diligence and integration of M&A targets.
  • Liaise with external parties, including lawyers and other relevant parties, to confirm coverage and respond to queries.
  • Provide ad hoc contract advice to operational teams and liaise with clients/their legal teams to resolve contractual matters.
  • Support operational teams through the risk management process and help them resolve issues.
  • Work with the risk management leadership team to develop and roll-out improvements to risk management tools, systems, and processes.
  • Work closely with operational teams to improve RM awareness, compliance, and capability.
  • Support the development and roll-out of global risk management training.
  • Carry out compliance spot checks and feedback findings to regions and into the RM process.
  • Support the generation and issue of RM reports to the regions and relevant committees/boards.
Qualifications
  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification/experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in contract review role.
  • Previous line management responsibilities.
  • Strong administrative skillset – Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
