Job Opportunity

A leading consultancy is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner to join their successful and growing team in Sydney NSW.

The role will encompass working across a broad range of generalist HR duties, supporting the HR Manager and mediating employee relations issues.

Talent sourcing involves targeted advertising across social media, job boards, headhunting, career events and external agencies, while building relationships with industry networks, universities and colleges to attract junior/graduates.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent Human Resources experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resource Management
  • Knowledge across human resources specialties such as selection techniques, performance development, succession planning, employee relations and visa requirements
