Job Description

As a key member of our Distribution Center team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Reporting to the DC Supervisor and/or DC Team Leader, you will be responsible for daily DC activities, including picking, unloading, loading, and counting products, with a focus on Safety, Service, Cost, and Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Transfer stock to designated storage areas in accordance with company procedures.
  • Picking and Loading: Pick stock to picking lanes in line with company procedure, and load products onto vehicles or into storage areas.
  • Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the DC team to develop better and safer procedures, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is essential.
  • LF & LO Licenses: Holding LF & LO licenses is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong Safety Focus: A strong safety focus and knowledge of safe manual handling practices are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask are required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
