Job Opportunity

The Senior Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of food categories within the organization, collaborating with stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category plans aligned with our procurement strategy.
  • Analyse industry trends, risks, and opportunities to drive category strategies.
  • Builde strong partnerships with suppliers, lead negotiations, and oversee supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Drive cost reductions, manage category spend, and implement long-term savings initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, enhance packaging, quality, and customer experience.
  • Scout, onboard, and commercialise new suppliers and products to support growth objectives.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and/or Business Administration.
  • 5–7 years' experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG.
  • Proven expertise in food ingredient procurement (Dry Goods, Grocery, Food Service).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to 'read' the market.
  • Familiarity with supplier management tools (e.g. ERP).
  • Professional accreditation is a plus.
