Job Role Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber to support clients with new product installations, troubleshoot onsite issues, and liaise with engineers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits for fault finding and diagnostics
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to determine solutions to field problems
  • Provide technical guidance on products, applications, and system solutions
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, and installers to ensure project success
  • Support the Sales team in educating clients on products and services

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a qualified Plumber
  • Strong understanding and experience across heat pump, HVAC, and refrigerant systems installation
  • A valid NSW Driving Licence and ability to travel nationally
