Product Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the product vision through design of UI elements such as menus, modals, tabs, and forms.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand customer needs and identify features that solve key business and user problems in the people analytics and education space.
  • Collect, research, investigate, and evaluate user requirements to translate into user-centred design systems and patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our design system and component library in collaboration with the product and UI designers working across all products.
  • Research and synthesise customer feedback to help prioritise the roadmap.
  • Design intuitive user experiences to drive engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
  • Demonstrated skills in UI design and a critical eye for the details that matter.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and design elegant UI solutions.
