Job Title: Support Worker for Disability and Home Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our clients and support them with their daily needs.

  • Personal Care Needs: Assist with showering, grooming, and medication administration as required.
  • Household Tasks: Perform light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation as necessary.
  • Client Progress Updates: Keep detailed records of client progress after each service to ensure continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who have Schizophrenia and possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel and client transport. A National Police Certificate is also required.
