Senior Financial Accountant

This is a 9-month fixed term opportunity to provide accounting and tax services with our team.
You will be supported to grow and learn, propel your career, build upon your accounting qualification to showcase your developing tax knowledge, and experience more opportunity, moments to make a difference, and focus on you.
As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will provide accounting and tax services to business partners and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare distribution calculations for funds
- Prepare income tax returns for funds
- Prepare full set of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, and notes to the accounts)
- Prepare MER/ICR calculations
- Prepare Business Activity Statements
- Complete all assigned tasks in line with internal processes and procedures
- Resolve reconciliation and other issues with assistance from senior members of the team
- Update and maintain procedures and applicable static data documents
- Keep up to date with tax, accounting, and regulatory changes
