This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to gain and further develop the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve customers, take food and beverage orders, and provide excellent dining experiences.
  • Assist with meal and drink service, table setting, and general front-of-house duties.
  • Prepare espresso coffee and serve both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (RSA required).
  • Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic workspaces in line with food safety standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle payments, and manage transactions accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with a small team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
  • A proactive attitude and drive to succeed.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to commit to a 12-18 month traineeship.
  • Previous experience in a bar/cafe or barista role is beneficial but not essential.
