Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead TDM architecture initiatives to ensure scalability, security, and integration of technology foundations.
  • Enhance TDM capabilities with advanced test tooling pilots.
  • Develop a comprehensive TDM strategy and tooling ecosystem approach for enterprise-scale implementation.
  • Implement test data management processes such as synchronized data generation, data provisioning, data privatization (masking), data subsetting, data set virtualization and refresh, test data orchestration and automation, and test data mining.
  • Apply domain- and feature-driven design approaches and take an end-to-end outcome view of realization and sustainability of TDM outcomes.
  • Deliver major business solutions into production within multiple project teams applying design patterns and principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence work approach and value creation.

Requirements

  • Mid-Senior level experience in test data management.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and performance testing strategies.
  • Experience with CI/CD development and DevOps practices in testing environments.
  • Demonstrated application of Design Thinking processes to ensure customer-centric solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile principles, techniques, and processes.
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills, being both a good and concise communicator and presenter to both business and technical audiences.
  • Knowledge and experience with cloud hosting and associated tools and technologies.
  • Experience with collaboration tools and test management platforms.
