As the new Kronos Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting various sites in the use of the software, troubleshooting, analysing, and problem-solving all support queries allocated to you.
Duties:- Respond to customer queries promptly and politely with excellent communication skills
- Frontline communication responding and resolving Kronos issues via email and phone
- Ensure responses are in line with the Support Communications guidelines
- Follow relevant processes where a query needs to be escalated to another internal team
- Understand and use appropriate escalation processes where a resolution cannot be reached in a reasonable timeframe, or within agreed SLA's.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Support team and liaise with Payroll
- Excellent knowledge of Kronos is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Payroll Configuration experience is highly regarded
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
- An understanding of payroll processes
- Diligence and commitment to seeing queries through to full resolution;
- Initiative and the ability to self-manage
- A methodical approach to problem-solving with very high attention to detail
- A proven team player, willing to help others and build effective relationships
