We are seeking a skilled Kronos Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective use of Kronos across multiple sites.

About the Role

As a Kronos Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting various sites in the use of the software, troubleshooting, analysing, and problem-solving all support queries allocated to you.

Duties:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and politely with excellent communication skills
  • Frontline communication responding and resolving Kronos issues via email and phone
  • Ensure responses are in line with the Support Communications guidelines
  • Follow relevant processes where a query needs to be escalated to another internal team
  • Understand and use appropriate escalation processes where a resolution cannot be reached in a reasonable timeframe, or within agreed SLA's
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Support team and liaise with Payroll

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Kronos is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Payroll Configuration experience is highly regarded
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service
  • An understanding of payroll processes
  • Diligence and commitment to seeing queries through to full resolution;
  • Initiative and the ability to self-manage
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving with very high attention to detail
  • A proven team player, willing to help others and build effective relationships
