Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Architect to join our team. As a key member of our automation practice, you will be responsible for defining and implementing enterprise-level test automation strategies.

This will involve designing and developing automation frameworks, reviewing existing models and suggesting improvements, and leading the implementation of test strategies and plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing automation frameworks that meet business needs.
  • Developing and maintaining test scripts and data-driven testing approaches.
  • Leading the implementation of test strategies and plans, and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Collaborating with development teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Providing training and support to other team members on automation best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive knowledge of UI automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Java, Python, or Perl.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration systems like Jenkins and Bamboo.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with experience working in Agile environments.
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
