About the Role:
This Trainer/Assessor position requires delivering high-quality training and support to students, fostering motivation and success. The ideal candidate will have expertise in individual support and be able to design, refine, and evaluate course materials.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform the following duties along with additional tasks as required:
- Demonstrate a passion for vocational education and student development.

Selection Criteria:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possess CertIII in Individual Support or equivalent vocational competencies.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.
- Have evidence of recent VET and Industry PD activities.
- Display at least two years of full-time relevant industry experience.
