Job Title: Sports Program Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building the brand and supporting athlete marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate communication with athletes, manage partnerships, and assist with campaign planning and execution.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential athletes for brand partnerships based on alignment with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Seek and gather product feedback from athletes on gifted product to share with the design team.
  • Engage in partnerships with unpaid athletes, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned athletes, maintaining regular communication to coordinate activities and relay important information.
  • Assist with administrative aspects of athlete partnerships, including managing paperwork and documentation.
  • Support planning and execution of athlete-focused marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Coordinate branded content featuring athletes, including scheduling photo shoots and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Provide logistical support for athlete appearances at events and competitions.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing performance of athlete marketing initiatives.
  • Nurture positive relationships with sponsored athletes, including personalized communications and gift-giving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sports program management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of athlete development principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
