About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking professional to join our team as a Deals Origination and Execution Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and executing M&A mandates with a focus on Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, and General Industrials sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and execute M&A mandates with a focus on Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, and General Industrials sectors
  • Lead the development of high-quality marketing presentations and industry analysis for maximum client impact
  • Review and coordinate analysis and work of junior bankers
  • Support senior banker account coverage with a significant opportunity to develop primary coverage responsibilities
  • Train and mentor juniors (graduates, analysts, and associates) to support the development of best-in-class investment banking skill sets

Requirements

  • At least 6 years track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking (M&A) deals in Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, or General Industrials sectors
  • Experience in private equity transactions (M&A and financing) highly regarded
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
  • Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of training and supporting the development of junior members in team
