Portfolio Governance Expert

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide strategic guidance on project and program management products documents and artefacts in accordance with corporate standards and frameworks.
  • Review project management artefacts and offer expert advice to project teams.
  • Support projects through the project lifecycle providing governance expertise as needed.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation business processes guides reference material for the portfolio management office.
  • Coordinate business improvement activities data collection reporting tasks and requests for information at team divisional and whole-of-department levels.

**Desirable qualifications and conditions:**

  • Experience in project or program management or related activities such as ICT project or program governance or PMOs.
  • Qualifications in PRINCE2(R) and/or Managing Successful Programs(R)
  • SharePoint sites and forms Microsoft Teams channels for business unit reporting operations experience desirable
