Project Director

We're looking for a seasoned project manager to join our team and lead high-impact projects at the intersection of IT and accounting. As a senior IT and accounting project manager, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering IT and operational projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to shape project scope, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and accounting-related projects, from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with business analysts to map out project scope, milestones, resource needs, risks, and measurable success outcomes.
- Develop and roll out training, documentation, and support frameworks for staff impacted by system/process changes.
- Monitor and report on project outcomes and realization of expected benefits.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent).
- 5+ years experience in project management roles, ideally within an accounting, finance, or professional services firm.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounting workflows, compliance cycles, and client service models.
