About the Role

We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our IT team, who will play a critical role in managing daily operational support issues across our network. This role will be a conduit between our external support vendor and the EG business, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incident and network problem management to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Develop and maintain build guides, support procedures, and reports to ensure efficient and effective IT operations
  • Configure, maintain, and support Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Backups, and Networking to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve retail store and head office issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
  • Manage business expectations and serve as a key point of contact for complex technical support
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support/broader technical team as required

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in IT or Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in IT Support, working with end-to-end users in a multi-site environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and user-related issues
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, prioritizing skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
