About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to drive the performance of our store, delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a passionate and professional team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Driving sales results and exceeding store key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coaching, developing, and mentoring team members to grow their retail careers
  • Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and stock management
  • Cultivating a store culture that reflects our brand values

What We're Looking For

You are a confident and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced premium environment. You love engaging with customers, motivating your team, and bringing a high standard of energy and attention to everything you do.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience managing a fashion/lifestyle retail store (1–3 years minimum)
  • A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and retail operations
  • A natural leadership style with a focus on collaboration, coaching, and accountability
  • Passion for styling, tailoring, and premium customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
