Senior Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Research Specialist. As a Research Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our compounding facilities by conducting experiments and analyzing data.
About the Role- Culture and maintain cell lines under sterile conditions (adherent and suspension cells).
- Prepare media, buffers, and reagents.
- Develop and validate cell-based assays (e.g., viability, cytotoxicity, reporter gene, proliferation, apoptosis, receptor binding).
- Perform routine assays using techniques such as ELISA, luminescence, fluorescence, flow cytometry, and high-content imaging.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical and data visualization tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records.
- Troubleshoot and optimize culture conditions and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards (e.g., GLP, GMP).
- Conducting stability studies of complex biological molecules (monoclonal antibodies and antibody drug conjugates), and simple chemical molecules (cytotoxics, antibiotics and analgesics).
- Ongoing calibration, qualification and certification activities.
