The Role

This Monday-to-Friday role provides administrative support to the sales team and directors, focusing on property and sales administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing lease documentation and disclosure statements
  • Notifying and implementing lease renewals
  • Maintaining property records, including obtaining quotes and arranging maintenance contracts
  • Ensuring timely rent reviews and arrears management
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords, managing tenant invoices and rent entry/receipting
  • Creating web listings, managing marketing, and advertising
  • File management and maintenance of a filing database
Requirements

The successful applicant must have experience in commercial property management, a Statement of Attainment in Property Management Units, and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with great organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. A reliable car and driver's license are also required.
