Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team, offering flexibility of shifts in various locations across Western Sydney. Home locations include Revesby, Casula, Kemps Creek, Blacktown and Norwest.

Main Responsibilities:

As a roving Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents are provided with high-quality care across multiple RAC homes. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Providing short-term relief across multiple Western Sydney Homes, covering both planned and unplanned leave (travel is required).
  • Supporting daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assisting with lifestyle activities and promoting independence.
  • Working closely with our Nurses to ensure clinical care is provided, including medication administration.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
  • Previous experience in a support worker role in Aged Care.
  • Evidence of Covid vaccination - 3 doses.
  • NDIS Workers Check or willing to obtain.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Flexibility to travel and work various shifts.
