ICT Operations and Service Delivery Manager

ASC's submarine business requires a skilled ICT operations and service delivery manager to oversee the effective and efficient delivery of IT services supporting the building and sustainment of defence submarines.

  • Ensure seamless integration with existing operations, guaranteeing smooth operation of IT systems, managing infrastructure, and overseeing network security obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution of IT issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor an IT team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a relevant field, and/or demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT operations and service delivery, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
