Senior Location Planning Specialist

As a Senior Location Planner, you'll be part of a passionate and cohesive team that works side-by-side with our business units on all things property, from site acquisition to asset management.
About the RoleReporting to the Location Planning Manager, you'll be empowered to help set the long-term growth strategy for Coles Group (Food & Liquor) across a specific set of states. Your key responsibilities will include providing accurate sales forecasts for new store proposals, producing reports to support individual store renewal projects, and providing insights on the retail market to more senior colleagues.
About You and Your SkillsWe're looking for a proactive and energetic individual with a degree in Geography, Economics, Urban Planning, or Commerce. You'll have 2+ years of experience analyzing sales or customer data for location planning, ideally using Geographical Information Systems. Your skills should include awareness of forecast methodologies, solid stakeholder management skills, and the ability to 'story tell' to more senior colleagues.
