About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Diesel Mechanic/Workshop Manager to join our team at Agri Crew. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on various agricultural machinery, as well as managing the daily operations of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the general day-to-day running of the workshop
  • Train and mentor apprentices
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with agricultural machinery
  • Servicing and repairing a variety of agricultural equipment
  • Practice sound knowledge of workshop procedures
  • Proficient with electrical and CANBUS systems
  • Understanding of GPS/Guidance Systems
  • Liaise with customers to schedule workloads
  • Complete service reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure OH&S/WHS compliance with staff and the workshop
  • Inspect and sign off on vehicles that have been serviced/repaired
Requirements
  • Fully qualified as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Full Driver's License
  • MR and/or forklift License an advantage
  • Available for long-term permanent position
  • Exceptional diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
