About the Role:- You will be responsible for providing employment support to clients, ensuring their readiness for sustainable job placements
- Collaborate with employers to identify suitable job opportunities for clients
- Deliver employment workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance job-seeking skills
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes in accordance with organisational guidelines
- Relevant qualifications in human resources, social work, or a related field are highly regarded
- Experience in employment services or a similar role within the Not For Profit sector is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports is necessary
- A competitive hourly rate of $59 per hour
