The Opportunity

A chance to join our HR & Talent Acquisition division with opportunities for growth and development in a business that is passionate about growth and development internally. We are seeking an emotionally intelligent, values-based recruiter who is passionate about people experience and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to build strategy for the HR and Talent division
  • Work closely with another consultant to map the market, build relationships, and deliver for organisations
  • Leverage our market-leading tech stack to drive efficiencies and process improvements across the team
  • Generate business through targeted, strategic, and consistent business development and client acquisition initiatives and activities
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business and act as an escalation point for consultants regarding client communications
  • Nurture existing relationships and Lotus People experience levels with clients and candidates
  • Leverage our established marketing division to run events, webinars, and value adds for clients
