Key Responsibilities:
- Perform home modifications assessments to ensure a safe and accessible environment for clients.
- Deliver therapy services in diverse environments, including clients' homes and community settings.
- Assist clients with movement, pain management, and rehabilitation to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working as a community physiotherapist with clients funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
