About the Role

As the Head of Marketing at ShiftCare, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all digital marketing efforts to fuel growth and market expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and facilitate expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, focusing on driving customer acquisition and engagement through innovative digital channels.
  • Work closely with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and executive teams to gain a deep understanding of the company's market position and target customers.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing, aimed at driving conversions and growing the customer base.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that span digital touch points such as email, social media, paid search, and content marketing, ensuring maximum impact throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing direction and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Guide the creation of content that aligns with marketing goals, collaborating with design, web, and SEO teams to ensure the seamless delivery of assets that enhance the customer experience.
  • Evaluate and adopt new marketing technologies and strategies that drive better results, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
