About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stock Assistant at our Homebush DFO Outlet.

This is a part-time position working 32.5 hours per week, covering Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays with the ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times essential.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers, manage stock efficiently and effectively, ensuring it is merchandised and presented to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage stock, including receiving and processing in a timely manner
  • Maintain shop floor and back of house standards
  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards
  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration
