Job Title

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding customer service. You will achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach, you will empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional who thrives working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? If yes, then this role is for you. You will be responsible for providing quality customer service to all customers, maximising sales by providing latest product and service information, achieving sales and performance targets, and ensuring store presentation is in line with retail shop standards.
