**Aged Care Support Worker Opportunity**

We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to support vulnerable individuals in their homes and communities.

The role involves providing domestic assistance, social services, and reviewing care plans to understand clients' goals and needs.

You will use an app to track important information, spot potential hazards, and ensure client safety.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Experience working in the Aged Care sector (Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is desirable)

- Strong desire to help customers live independent and fulfilling lives

- Friendly personality with good relationship-building skills and respect for dignity and privacy

- Ability to use a smartphone and assist clients with theirs

- Current Australian Driver's License and registered vehicle (travel is part of the role)
