Project Support Role

The role of Project Support Officer is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading Private Sector manufacturer. As a member of the project team, you will provide technical administration and support to the In-Service Support Contract Manager on all elements of project management.

">Job Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the In-Service Support Contract Manager
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collect and analyze data to enable completion of project reports
  • Participate in meetings and briefings to support project managers
  • Assist with preparation and review of work package schedules and contract documentation

As a key member of the project team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to those around you and contribute to the success of the organization.

Requirements and Skills
  • NV1 clearance level required
  • Tertiary degree or equivalent experience in engineering, technical, trade, management, business, commerce, or law
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a project environment, preferably in the Defence Industry
  • Experience with project management scheduling tools such as MS Project and Open Plan beneficial
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
