Role Description:

  • As a dedicated and passionate Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of young children.
  • Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  2. Document and share with families in their children's learning and development.
  3. Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
