Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a first-class operations and service support team to achieve and exceed budgeted delivery targets.
  • Implement and deliver the operational plan, driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement to work smarter, not harder.
  • Manage the budget costs, P&L review, operational measures, and leave targets to ensure optimal performance.
  • Proactively manage service delivery to consistently meet customer contractual expectations, positively impacting client retention and growth.

Requirements:

  • A demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven track record in building a safety culture.
