  • Flexible Generation & Retail: Our retail energy business has more than 700,000 customer accounts and is at the forefront of low-carbon products, services, and technologies which help Australian households manage their energy bills and emissions.
  • Renewables: We aim to generate over 3,000 MW of energy through solar, wind, and industrial-grade batteries to help Australia achieve a more sustainable, affordable, and dependable energy network.
  • Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS): GEMS provides energy supply solutions and risk management services to support its clients through their decarbonization journey, while optimizing ENGIE's assets and contributing to value creation.
The Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Manager at ENGIE, you will report to the Head of Digital Experience and focus on acquisition strategy and campaign management. This role leverages agency expertise in execution and has one direct report.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable technical experience in digital sales strategy, performance of similar roles in the services sector, ability to engage at all levels of an organisation with commercial influence, and a sales and outcome-driven mindset.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering online and inbound acquisition and retention leads and sales targets by managing the strategic investment. You will also be responsible for optimising online performance by contributing to the conversion rate optimisation program, using data and insights to drive strategic business decisions.

Salary

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
