Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time or consulting basis. As a communications professional, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing brand across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing abilities, and an interest in professional development. You will be working closely with the Director of Leadership Programs & Communications to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our mentoring and leadership programs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing a monthly email newsletter
  • Creating digital marketing content for our website and LinkedIn page
  • Delivering a poll on leadership annually
  • Coordinating video interviews with leaders in our network
  • Supporting the team in research and background for presentations and speeches
  • Identifying marketing opportunities and solutions
