At the forefront of conversational AI innovation, we seek a seasoned IT Operations Specialist to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering high-quality service solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure seamless internal and client objectives are met, you will deliver against our IT Help Desk Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You will develop and maintain operational reporting systems, fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • As an IT Operations Specialist, you will implement and maintain best practices in IT service management, driving efficiency and quality.
  • You will collaborate closely with other IT teams to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery, leveraging your exceptional problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.
  • Innovative thinking is key – you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Compliance with relevant IT policies, standards, and regulations is paramount – you will ensure our organization remains at the forefront of regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations management is required, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Experience with cloud infrastructure and services is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of the ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
  3. Familiarity with IT service management tools and reporting systems, such as Jira and Confluence, is essential for this role.
  4. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  5. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  6. Operational excellence, performance management, customer service orientation, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment are all critical attributes for this position.
