We are looking for a seasoned technology lawyer to join our team.

Job Description">

">Advise on technology and digital projects, including procurement, licensing, SaaS, data use, collaboration, and consulting arrangements.

">

">Provide legal and compliance support on issues relating to data, privacy, cyber security, AI, intellectual property, and emerging technologies.

">

">Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with government and private sector clients, and partners and vendors.

">

">Support development and implementation of governance frameworks, risk assessments, and policies and procedures.

">

">Collaborate with client project teams and internal stakeholders across Digital, IT / IS, Risk, and Commercial functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

5–8 years PQE, with experience in technology, IP, privacy, data, and/or government contracting. Background in a law firm and/or in-house environment, with exposure to technology-related legal matters. Commercial and pragmatic approach, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Comfortable advising on emerging issues such as AI, digital innovation, and new technologies. Senior Counsel candidates should demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously on complex matters.
