We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to take on the role of Theatre Coordinator at our esteemed healthcare institution.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring that all aspects of care meet the highest standards.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing safe and effective patient care in a patient-focused setting
- Leading and supporting team members, reporting to the clinical manager
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and leading peri-operative nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team, to achieve goals and positive health outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Post graduate qualification in Peri-operative Nursing (not essential)
- Recent clinical experience in Peri-operative Nursing
- AHPRA Registration
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity and provide clinical leadership
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
