Key Role in After-School Childcare Management
">The primary school in Western Australia where this role is based offers a childcare service for children aged 5-12 years before and after school. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging child-centered programs that foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
">Your key responsibilities include leading a team of Educators onsite, including roster management, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration. You will work closely with educators to ensure high-quality care and education for the children.
">This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with kids, possess strong communication skills, and are team players with a desire to become a service leader. A national police check and Australian work rights are mandatory requirements.
