Our OSHC Educator Role: A Career Opportunity

A challenging and rewarding role is available for an experienced educator to join our after-school care team at Our Lady of the Rosary in Kensington, Western Australia. This position will provide high-quality education and care to children before and after school.

About the Job:

We are seeking a qualified educator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children. The successful candidate will be required to supervise and support children during Before School Care (7am-9am), After School Care (3pm-6pm) and holiday periods.

  • Create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development through various activities.
  • Supervise and engage with children during daily activities, providing guidance and support when needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • An engaging personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certificate III or higher in Children's Services (or studying towards) or equivalent recognised by the Department of Communities.
  • Working with Children Check (willing to obtain).
  • HLTAID004 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (willing to obtain).
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday.
